Fig. 3. Effect of piceatannol (PIC) on 22Rv1 cell cycle distribution. Distribution of cells in (A) sub-G0/G1 phase, (B) G0/G1 phase, (C) S phase, and (D) G2/M phase of 22Rv1 cells after treatment with dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) or different concentrations of PIC for 8, 16, and 24 hours was quantificated by flow cytometry. The results are expressed as mean ± SD (n = 3). Significantly different (*P < 0.05; **P < 0.01; ***P < 0.001; ****P < 0.0001) compared with corresponding DMSO-treated control by one-way analysis of variance followed by Dunnnett’s test. The experiments were repeated twice with consistent results. Representative data from one such experiment is shown.
