Fig. 6. Effects of diallyl trisulfide (DATS) on the lip-opolysaccharide (LPS)-induced expression of CXCL12/CXCR4 and phosphorylation of Akt in BV2 microglial cells. The cells were treated with 100 ng/mL LPS for the indicated times (A) or pre-treated with the indicated concentrations of DATS for 1 hour prior to LPS treatment for 6 hours (B). The total proteins were prepared for Western blot analysis using anti-CXCL12, anti-CXCR4, anti-p-Akt and anti-Akt antibodies and an enhanced chemiluminescence detection system. Actin was used as the internal control.
