BV2 cells were pre-treated with various concentrations of diallyl trisulfide (DATS) for 1 hour, followed by 100 ng/mL LPS treatment for 24 hours. The total proteins were isolated and Western blot analyses were performed using the indicated antibodies and an enhanced chemiluminescence detection system. The experiments were repeated three times, and similar results were obtained. Actin was used as the internal control.
