CRC, colorectal cancer; BMI, body mass index; CEA, carcinoembryonic antigen; MSI, microsatellite instability; MSS, microsatellite stable; MSI-L, MSI-low; MSI-H, MSI-high.

Each different definition of family history was included in mutivariate analysis separately. Among three separate multivariate analyses according to the different definitions of family history, hazard ratios and P-values with ‘1st-degree family history of colorectal neoplasm’ were expressed.
